We spent a weekend at this little gem. The staff - ALL of them - were so helpful and friendly. I am vegan and was very impressed that the restaurant staff went out of their way to ensure that I had an excellent meal every time. We will definitely head back to try out their onsite spa. - A Fabulous Little Treasure!

The dining experience was probably my biggest surprise of all during my stay at Brahman Hills. We had the limited menu in Brahman Cafe where the food could be described as good - both in value and quality. The Cafe itself is essentially the main dining room, but we left very satisfied after a wonderful evening. The second night we decided to eat in the wine cellar - 89 on Copper. The bar was lifted - with a smaller menu, but an amazing surrounding, suddenly the Cafe made sense. A variety of eating spaces with different menus, which would most probably cater to the different guests that visit the hotel. We decided to stress test the cellar and ate there on our 3rd night - it did not disappoint. The lesson for me is not to judge a book by it's cover.
