Join us for three days and two nights of yoga, meditation and detoxing in our exclusive cottages with expansive views over the Blue Crane Nature Reserve. Dedicated to nurturing your mind, body and soul this mini-break sees us engaging in daily yoga practices for a moving meditation.
Hailing from ancient Indian practices this physical exercise has found its way to many gyms and risen in popularity due to both its physical and mental benefits for the body. Yoga is toning, detoxing and strengthens muscles in a manner that improves flexibility and blood circulation. In turn, this helps to fine-tune mental awareness, inducing a state of relaxation and calm.
To complement this we will be offered a live juicing station, indulgent spa treatments and a fun and easy DIY workshop where we make our own bath salts for relaxing at home!
Brahman Hills is dedicated to offering you the best experience possible so bring your bestie for a special discount!
We look forward to meeting you on the mat!

Mandy Wu practices and teaches primarily Vinyasa Flow in Cape Town. Trained formally with a background in Psychology her love for yoga began with a keen interest in alternative therapies over a decade ago. She firmly believes that yoga is a tool that gives us insight into the mind-body relationship empowering us through movement to find freedom both on and off the mat. Once we can master our inner space with intention we can begin to move, create and live mindfully in the external reality. On this retreat, Mandy will be sharing primarily Vinyasa yoga as well as Yin Yoga, guided meditation and pranayama known more commonly as breathing techniques.
