At our recent Easter Weekend Programme, held in our Blue Crane Nature Reserve and stunning gardens, we raised the bar on family-friendly entertainment with a delicious array of food prepared by our expert culinary team, live music and fun entertainment for the whole family.

We put our own spin on a classic South African braai, including bubbles! Our menu for the day offering premium dry-aged, free-range hormone-free steaks, lamb chops, and homemade boerewors from our in-house butchery. No braai would be complete without farm-style potato salad, pap and chakalaka, and malva pudding for dessert! Kids had a blast on the jumping castle and Easter scavenger hunt, while live music kept the party going. 

On Easter Sunday, we invited families to indulge in asumptuous buffet lunch at our Skyfall Casual Restaurant, overlooking thebeautiful gardens. From roast leg of lamb to an array of vegetable dishes anddelectable desserts, we made sure everyone's tastes were catered for. And ofcourse, the Easter bunny made an appearance to delight the kids! Our Family Day started with a delicious brunch featuring afull continental and hot brunch selection, including irresistible flapjacks andwaffles. Guests were also treated to 3D garden camera entertainment.  

This was certainly the BEST Easter weekend plan!

The Food & Gin experience held the last weekend of April was a true feast for food and gin connoisseurs.

We kicked off the day with welcome drinks and delightful canapés in our beautiful garden, our guests were blown away by the incredible culinary creations and enjoyed dishes such as smoked cold trout with quail egg and marinated artichoke, perfectly grilled lamb lion with aubergine, dried piquant peppers, and jus, and a selection of desserts that left taste buds dancing.

What made this experience even more special was the exceptional gin pairing. We served the finest Inverroche Gins, including Amber,Verdant, and Classic, to complement each dish and enhance its flavours.
All we can say, this was the perfect pairing!
