The Agility Hub

This purpose built conference facility is situated in the adjoining Blue Crane Nature Reserve and offers you a sophisticated venue to host your event. The Agility Hub can host up to 120 people and is made up of 3 White Rooms.

The White Rooms are separated by soundproof room dividers which can be reconfigured to give you the spaces you need. All rooms can be accessed from the Agility Hub’s central courtyard. Depending on your requirements, you can book out the entire Agility Hub, or select rooms within the venue for your event.

The Stables restaurant and toilet facilities at the venue are both for the exclusive use of Agility Hub clients.

The Nguni Room

Nguni Room is located in The Barn and can accommodate 14 people comfortably. This means it’s ideal for you if you’re looking for a tasteful space to hold small meetings/briefings or as a breakaway room. Nguni Room is also close to our restaurants and bar facilities, so it’s a great room to host a private lunch/dinner.

The Lake House

This stand alone location with its distinctive large glass windows provides uninterrupted views of the Midlands. The Lake House can host 150 people and can be used as a dinner/lunch venue for your conference. It’s also a great space if you want to break away from passive presentations and get your delegates talking, engaging and innovating. There’s nothing like panoramic views to open the mind and inspire some natural creativity.

The Glass House is a stand alone venue conveniently located close to the hotel and can seat 240 people. A perfect choice if you need a large meeting/briefing room or an alternative team-building space. With scenic vistas through the floor to ceiling glass doors and a dedicated kitchen, this is also the perfect options for a breakfast/lunch/dinner venue.
