The Brahman Hills Experience - Terms and Conditions

1. Booking:
1.1. A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.
1.2. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 29 March 2024.

2. Check-in/Check-out:
2.1. Check-in is from 14:00 pm on Friday, and check-out on Sunday is at 10:00 am.

3. Culinary Experience:
3.1. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are included in the per head cost.
3.2. Two special dinners are curated by the renowned chef, Pete Goffe-Wood, while all other meals         will be crafted by the resident Brahman Hills Chef.
3.3. Non-alcoholic beverages are included as part of your package price, but alcoholic beverages will be
charged to your room account and must be settled on check-out.
3.4. Meals are a shared culinary experience, providing an opportunity to dine with fellow guests and foster new connections.
3.5. Kindly communicate dietary requirements in advance to ensure your needs are accommodated to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Brahman Hills does not offer a Kosher or Halaal kitchen.

4. Spa Experience:
4.1. All Spa treatments are enjoyed with your partner in the privacy of our luxurious double treatment rooms. With full occupancy over this weekend, we regret these treatments may not be split.
4.2. Booking is essential, and payment is mandatory for gold and silver package options.

5. Heli Flip:
5.1. Helicopter flights are weight-limited, and all flights are weather permitting.
5.2. In the event that the helicopter flip included in the Platinum Package is cancelled for any reason, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided. Please be aware that this experience is considered a value-added inclusion and is non-refundable.
5.3. All helicopter flights must be prepaid in full, with the balance settled before departure.
5.4. Booking is essential (even for the Platinum package) and payment is mandatory for the Gold and Silver packages. Please note that we cannot accommodate you, if you haven’t booked in advance. 5.5. All bookings for Gold and Silver packages are subject to availability.
5.6. The Heli Flip is over the Brahman Hills property with the route left to the discretion of the pilot.

6. Heli Shuttles:
6.1. Helicopter shuttles are weight-limited, and flights are weather permitting.
6.2. Guests are not eligible for a refund in the event of bad weather however alternative transport arrangements in the form of a shuttle service will be made. Road shuttles will need to leave up to 3 hours earlier than planned Heli Shuttles.
6.3. All helicopter shuttle flights must be prepaid in full, with the balance settled before departure.
6.4. Booking is essential and subject to availability, and payment before check-in.
6.5. The helicopter shuttles will depart promptly from the designated meeting point. Passengers must ensure they arrive on time at the correct location. Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by tardiness or if passengers are at an incorrect meeting point.
6.6. We do not accept liability for any missed connecting flights or weekend events resulting from delays in the helicopter shuttle service. Passengers are advised to plan their travel accordingly to account for potential time constraints.
6.7. Each passenger utilising the helicopter shuttle is limited to one soft bag weighing a maximum of 7kg. Please adhere to this weight restriction to ensure a smooth and efficient boarding process.

7. Road Shuttles:
7.1. Booking for road shuttles is essential.
7.2. Payment is mandatory for both gold and silver package options.
7.3. All bookings for Gold and Silver packages are subject to availability.
7.4. The road shuttles will depart promptly from the designated meeting point. Passengers must ensure they arrive on time at the correct location.
7.5 We do not accept liability for any missed connecting flights or weekend events resulting from delays in the helicopter shuttle service. Passengers are advised to plan their travel accordingly to account for potential time constraints.

8. Cancellation/No-show Policy:
8.1. 50% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
8.2. 100% of the total amount will be charged if cancelled less than  21 days prior to arrival.
8.3. Only written cancellations will be accepted, and confirmation of cancellation must be received. 8.4. Any request for the transfer or swopping of tickets must be submitted to Brahman Hills for approval. Requests should include details such as the original ticket holder’s name, the intended recipient’s name, and the reason for the transfer. Approval is at the sole discretion of Brahman Hills. Brahman Hills reserves the right to deny any request for ticket swopping without providing a specific reason. Approved ticket swopping may be subject to additional fees or conditions imposed by Brahman Hills.
8.5. Any unused meals, amenities or services are not refundable.

9. Indemnity and Waiver
9.1. You acknowledge and understand that there are certain known and unknown hazards involved in activities undertaken during the Brahman Hills Experience which you hereby accept voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
9.2. You hereby release Brahman Hills from all liability and waive all claims of whatsoever cause or nature arising against the aforesaid, and which you might have arising out of any harm, damage, injury, death or loss suffered whilst on or travelling to or from the premises or while partaking in any activity and whether arising from an act or omission and/or negligence.
9.3. You hereby indemnify (to the maximum extent as permitted in law) and agree to hold Brahman Hills harmless against all claims, damages, and liabilities of whatsoever cause or nature arising during the period of your visit or stay, and during any activity undertaken, including travelling to or from the premises and the use of accommodation and any recreational facilities, and during which you or any one or more of your dependents or any other party may have, including but not limited to any direct and indirect claims arising from any death, personal injury, damages, loss of support or any other loss or damage, arising from any cause whatsoever (including for any act or omission and/or negligence).


By booking “The Brahman Hills Experience,” you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
